Ernestine L. Watkins Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Ernestine L. Watkins was born on August 15th, 1956, to Barbra Cuffee-Carroll and to the late Leroy Carroll in Patchogue, NY. “Twinkle” or also known as “Shug” loved her trips to Mohegan Sun, play a lot of BINGO with her friends and family, loved a good cook out and most importantly spending times with her children and grandchildren. Twinkle was known all over Suffolk County and a huge impact in many people lives. She lived in Mastic, NY in her early years then moved to Center Moriches, NY and attended Center Moriches School District. Later, she married her husband Jesse Watkins Jr and resided in East Patchogue, NY. In her early twenties she attended Farmingdale State College for her studies. After she had her children, she later moved and resided on the Poospatuck Reservation in Mastic, NY and spent the rest of her life apart of the Poospatuck community. She dedicated her life to loving and providing for her children and her grandchildren. Aside from being a fantastic mother and wife, she was an outstanding grandmother. Twinkle leaves to morn her husband Jesse Watkins JR.
