Daniel Harrison

August 8, 1956 - February 1, 2022

Daniel Harrison passed away peacefully on February 1, 2022 at the age of sixty-five after a long battle with COPD. He was born on August 8, 1956 at Saint Vincent’s Hospital in New York, NY. He was a long time resident of Holbrook, moving to Patchogue and ultimately retiring to Manorville, NY. Dan graduated from Sachem High School Class of 1975. He worked in middle management for the supermarket industry before retiring in 2011. Dan and his wife Diane celebrated thirty-six years of marriage this past October. Dan will be remembered by his family and friends for his passion and knowledge of all things music, his lifelong love of the NY Yankees, playing a leisurely but competitive game of golf, his love of his dogs and all animals, nature, and of course off-roading and endless days at the beach. He knew how to have a good time and cherished his friendships. Dan is survived by his wife, Diane, his daughters Kelly Deutsch (Doug), and Morgan Gonnelly (Christopher) and his granddaughters, Rowan, Halston and Taylor. Dan was predeceased by his parents Herbert and Anna (Doyle) Harrison. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Robertaccio Funeral Home, Center Moriches, NY. Visitation will be on Sunday, February 6, 2022 from 1:00pm through 5:00 pm. Burial will be held on Monday, February 7, 2022 at 11:00 am.
